How do I contact Experian?

I've been trying for years to get access to my online Experian account.

Every since I first tried, I received the same message "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm your identity"
I've tried emailing, writing them a letter, requesting my statutory credit report (in the hope it would trigger something) - nothing has helped.

Any advice?

p.s. I can access my Experian credit report online using money saving club.
