There's a blast from the past ! BG took over all customers of Together Energy/Bristol Energy - you should be able to see your final bill on the portal BUT no guarantees that it'll be correct.Killerwhale21 said:I am still waiting for my final bill from together energy, I was with Bristol. As far as I'm aware credits will be "transferred" to BG whilst the administrators of T.E/B.E will pursue debts. This is the relevant page on the BG site Together Energy - Bristol Energy - British Gas0 -
I am also waiting for my final bill and £600 credit from Together Energy. According to the British Gas website, this can take some time. Together energy portal is still open, but no updates.Killerwhale21 said:I am still waiting for my final bill from together energy, I was with Bristol. What shall I do

I followed British Gas's SOLR advice re Together Energy which is still to "Sit back, relax and let us take care of everything" and online. However, I got frustrated in November and started chasing. British Gas said they look into in November, and I chased again and again. Last call I had with British Gas they told me they have no information about credits owed to customers and do not administer them. They told me to go to the administrators, and through googling I discovered it's FRP Advisor. They've told me they closed the books, and that I can now only be considered an unsecured creditor, and that it's extremely unlikely I'll get the full amount I'm owed back. The SOLR process has gone extremely wrong for me, and if you haven't got your money, I fear you and a lot of other people are going to affected by this.
