Just a heads up. If unable to open via the Barclays app try online instead could save you a lot of time.. Tried unsuccessfully several times to open via the app told me to take my ID and D/C into a branch. Tried online chat who couldn't do anything about it. Just tried online success!!!

I would recommend you try a small withdrawal, just in case there is a block on your account which requires ID verification. You don't want to find that out when you actually need to withdraw money.0
