Queen's Hospital Parking Fine - Disabled

Thanks all.
I ended up writing another complaint to PALS and to the CEO and MP.
The MP never got back to me but today the CEO responded saying he is satisfied that the ticket was issued correctly however they would cancel the ticket due to the burdens we have.
I'm glad I don't have to deal with the ticket but quite disappointed in that response and disappointed the MP did not respond.3 -
That is great - Plan A strikes again!
Just to remind everyone of your 'heinous crime' (below)!
This is yet another circumstance that would have been cancelled under the new incoming statutory Code of Practice, but the parking industry have kicked the can far enough down the road to get away with murder in the meantime:Received a fine/invoice for not displaying badge at queens hospital romford.
We've been going to the hospital quite a bit and on this ocassion the badge wasn't displayed but it usually is - it's been a very stressful few months with the medical issues and simply forgot to display the badge.
I could appeal to the hospital but what can I realistically say?
It's from Gemini parking solutions.
Glad your persistence worked!
Scam OVER....
And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the urgent need for victims and their driving family/friends to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?
Looks unlikely to be published before Xmas, but keep your eyes peeled in early 2023.
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA gaslighting of people.
Just checking you are among those ready to respond to the questions as you have personal experience of how this crap feels?
Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Consultation:
If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.
Then join us when the Consultation opens.
Sorry if you knew all this already - I had no time to check back through the thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Perhaps in a few days go on to the ppc website as if to pay (don't of course) and when pcn shows cancelled take a screen shot for posterity and frame as a reminder of how your persistence beat a scammer.1

Sorry about that, OP.
I was going to say to you (noted you have already done this) and for the benefit of others. If you have parked pretty ok and loads on your mind and something like this happens - forget the two job MP's, write to PALS. They are often quite quick and helpful.
Take care.0 -

I guess you didn't notice that the OP did that nearly a month ago.2
