E: 12/10 Win a luxury Highlands break for two in Tain
Sunday Times Where Was I? competition
(www.thetimes.co.uk/travel/where-was-i)
The prize:
The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, at Glenmorangie House in the royal burgh of Tain, on the northeast coast of Scotland. Owned by LVMH – home to Moët & Chandon – it is not far from the Tarbat Ness peninsula, offering guests a remote, warm and richly coloured retreat with nine bedrooms. The interiors were revamped by the Russell Sage Studio to great effect last year, while the restaurant holds two AA rosettes.
A key feature of the hotel’s hospitality is its programme of curated activities, including stargazing and beekeeping; pride of place goes to its whisky-tasting experience, courtesy of Glenmorangie’s famed range of single malts, distilled a short drive away, beside the Dornoch Firth.
The prize includes one dinner for two (excluding drinks), as well as a whisky-tasting experience. It must be taken before March 31, 2023, subject to availability and excluding the period from December 22 to January 3.
