Hello, we are about to get a life insurance and are between LV, Vitality and Royal London. Has anyone had a bad experience with either?

Thanks

If it's a standard life insurance plan you are arranging there is little difference between any providers and since around 98-99% of all life insurance claims are paid, bad experiences should be few and far between.

From the companies listed I'd just make sure that the Vitality product is the same as the others as a lot of Vitality policies require you to engage with their healthy living programme and if you don't attain enough points each year the premiums will increase.  Chances are with both LV and RL they'll be guaranteed premiums which would never change unless you were arranging whole of life policies, which is unlikely.
