Any idea how long probate will take? Estate is £250,000 including property and money. Split 3 ways, me and my 2 sisters. Im hearing some people have been waiting over a year for Probate to be granted.

I imagine it would take time from being 'delivered' to being 'received' as I imagine someone signs for the delivery each day, and the post would go off to be sorted and opened. So if it was only delivered recently - it would likely take some time before being marked as 'received' - glad it's gotten there ok though, now you'll have to be patient for it to be processed.

shouldn't take too long once gets into the system (which it has) - when people say it can take over a year I suspect that is from when they start collecting info or when  an exec says they have started but hasn't actually done anything - can imagine that more complex ones might take longer. TBH they have to check that the IHT forms have been done and any money is paid and that the will is valid and that the form has been completed - they don't look any further into the estate and it sounds like your should be uncomplicated
