    Afternoon all
The builders are here again so another early start for me.  DP is on a course today.  I've just had a browse in D. MILL oh my word, £65 for a recycling bin.  I'm trying to find saucepans for an induction hob as well.  I know some people will say a decent set of pans cost up to £100 but I can't justify the cost.  I'll carry on looking. I did manage to track down some barley straw in P@H for £2.49 so I will pop some in pots next to the hedgehog houses.
Have a good day all, it's lovely and sunny in Kent

    Hi all,

Bit of a later post from me to. FC netted a 1.5lb GAIN! Not sure how or why given I've been good all week apart from a single cupcake for DDs 21st. I even measured out 50cl of rum and took it in a plastic pot to my friend's house last night! Bought myself a new water bottle with times on the side from Sainsbugs as I know I don't drink enough - this might be the issue. It was HP so all good!

I've painted our bedroom for a second time, cleaned the bathroom, shower room, cloakroom and kitchen. Have also stripped and washed the bedding as BFF is coming tonight and will need to sleep in our bed with me as the rest of the house is mothballed! DH still away in case anyone was wondering.....

Got a bargain couple of photo frames in Wilk0 this morning - 90p each - will go very well in our new bedroom. Also got a couple of planners for £1 each instead of £6.50. They are for a whole year (perpetual, so good to keep) and I might get more if they are still there next week - I'm a sucker for stationery.

Food tonight is a takeaway with BFF - we're worth it!

Sorry to hear you're still poorly @snoozer - sending healing vibes x
Sorry can't help with induction pans @Madbat60 - hope you can find something reasonably priced. Also sunny in my part of Kent  :)

Forgot to say I had a letter from HMRC asking me to pay c.£1,400 of VAT?! VAT number on the letter and my full name and address but with a company name too? I called HMRC who couldn't have been less interested and asked me to register it with Action Fraud. Very odd and sure I haven't heard the last of it!

    Have a good evening all,
    Coxy
