Mortgage cash back - when is it paid

Just remortgaged with Barclays on a product that offered £250 cashback. I thought this would come down with the mortgage money, but it didn’t - their solicitor said it’s paid afterwards and details would be in the “first payment letter”, which I received today. No mention of it and can’t get through on the phone. Does anyone know how/when it’s paid?

We had cash back with accord. It went to my solicitors and I had to chase it up 3 weeks after.
It said it would be in 2 weeks and when it didn't;t arrive I messaged my financial advisor- he said it was to do with the solicitors and low and behold they had it!0 -
I had cb with Platform and it took about 9 months. I had forgotten all about it by the time I got it!0
