Over the last two years I have had continuous missing items when I request refunds these are declined . I let this go as was a few pounds here and there . Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back as I again was declined a refund for missing items - I eventually received refund after speaking to a colleague . I then noticed as I have no value in this company that items I did not receive last week I have been charged for valuing £26.95 after speaking to a deliveroo colleague this again was declined . Where do I stand surely I’m not the only person this happens to and where does it come into the consumers rights act 2015 .
Any advise appreciated .

Then why do you continue using them?

A colleague? So you work for Deliveroo?

The majority of times a missing item is going to be the fault of the company supplying the goods rather than the delivery firm, unless Deliveroo drivers really love KFC corn on the cob but hate beer/gin etc given thats the one item that is forever being missed from our orders.

Clearly the most obvious thing to do is to choose a different store who are better at their picking.

I really do feel for deliveroo delivery people who I think have one of the worst jobs with the lowest pay ever.

Having said that, I do believe that you should receive the service you pay for and expect.

If it were me I'd complain in writing to deliveroo.

They have an email address -

    [email protected]

And a London street address too.

Roofoods Limited, 1 Cousin Lane, London, EC4R 3TE.

As DullGreyGuy says, above, the most obvious thing is to choose a different store BUT if you do complain about the one you have been using, you will really be helping other customers.
