Anyone any experience of buying USA SIM cards in UK before getting to USA (Florida). Looking at cheapest way to keep in touch with several families all travelling together. WIFI will work most of the time (holiday villa and theme parks) but not all. Thanks.

Get pay as you go SIMs from 3 and load them with a data pack which still include Go Roam in the USA.
Pay As You Go Data Packs | Three
£10 buys you 10GB which should be plenty.1 -
Thanks for the advice. I'd never have thought of that. Do you know if 3 coverage is any good in the USA?0

You won't have coverage issues with a Three sim in the US. They use the T-Mobile network over there.2

They partner with T-Mobile and AT&T. In my experience my phone seemed to prefer AT&T to connect to first but would also use T-Mobile at times.0
