Smart Meter Tarriff is ~50% higher than quoted tariff on my account

Hi,
I have a smart meter on PAYG electricity.
The quote from British Gas is 32p /Kwh and is in my account on their website.
The tariff on the smart meter is 49.91p/Kwh
I've messaged and phoned British Gas to put this right, but they keep quoting 32p is correct with no fix.
The gas is correct, and the electric standing charge is correct.
The £67 was put on the electricity and is going down fast.
Has anyone else had this problem ?
Thanks

Escalate it to complaints department.1

Is it on the actual meter that it says the incorrect figure or on the IHD that you plug in and can follow your use?2

My tariff isn't displaying on the smart meter, just the standing charge. Yes, it's on the IHD.
All the tariff numbers are correct(same as account tariff)apart from the electricity unit charge.
I've measured the usage and it's definitely charged 49.91p/Kwh.
I've noticed there are a few people on Facebook that are posting pictures of their IHD with 49.91p . I don't think they've checked against their online quote.0 -
A complaint seems the best way to get their attention at this point.Do you have a meter reading from the 1st October so you can work out how much they will owe you when this is corrected? If not just take a photo of the meter reading now, and the IHD display of the amount used so far this month, that will be near enough.0

Hi,
Thanks for the messages.
I'll try the complaint route and let you know how I get on.0 -
Update:
It seems many peaple on a prepayment meters are being charged about 50p/Kwh when it should be about 32p/Kwh. With British gas.
It's all over the British Gas Facebook page at the moment.
It's only on the electric since 1st and shock , it's the meter that the £66 goes onto.
Quite a few of these people haven't noticed the tariff is wrong, just the money disappearing fast.
British Gas is not responding to hails for help.0 -
Just to check, is the roughly 50p figure definitely the price per kWh and not the standing charge? The figure could be right for the latter ...0

I've measured the usage over 2 days against the money used and it's 50p/kwh at the moment.
The standing charge is correct and the same as my account tariff in the app and in the online account.
The Gas tariff is correct on both .
Facebook posts are getting the same 49.91p/Kwh on the British Gas page. Some are getting over 50p.0 -
Here is my tariff online and my tariff on the IHD

British gas have told me it's a glitch and are phoning me back today
I've found 16 people on Facebook Britush Gas page so far, with the same readings and they've lost the £66 to British Gas on the prepayment meter.
