Did you click on a Facebook or Google advert?
Did you receive an unsolicited email?
Did you get an unexpected telephone call?
    Have you got a link?

Google found them but the page will not open, so not a good sign.
Not to be confused of course with Fidelity them selves.
  • It is a name that turns up on the 'real' Fidelity's website: https://professionals.fidelity.co.uk/funds/fidelity-physical-bitcoin-etp

"Fidelity Physical Bitcoin ETP (Primary Ticker FBTC) is an exchange traded product (ETP) which aims to track the price of Bitcoin. FBTC is 100% physically backed by Bitcoin held in custody provided by Fidelity Digital Assets and trades on European exchanges. The product is issued by Fidelity Exchange Traded Products GmbH."

Now, this is bitcoin, so you should assume most of the people you're dealing with are out to make a quick buck off you, without regard to legality. In Fidelity's case, they're still
out to make a quick buck off you, but probably do want to retain the appearance of good faith, because they have legitimate dealings they need to protect. So, if you can be certain you're dealing directly with the real Fidelity, then it's as safe as if you're betting with Ladbrokes or similar. But beware of criminals using the name of Fidelity to cover up a scam.

It is a scam and nothing to do with the real Fidelity.
If you were interested in investing in the real Fidelity Physical Bitcoin ETP (which appears to be for professionals only) you wouldn't be asking about it here.
You are on a sucker's list and should change your phone number, email address and/or any other contact details they have for you.

    No I haven't
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

OP - If you have lost money with this scam, then you might get contacted by people saying they can get your money back, as long as you send them more money first.
Do not engage with them as this is just an extension of the scam. If you have lost money you will unfortunately have to just accept it is gone.
