Drying Clothes with Dehumidifier. Anyone used a cover?

Big fan of drying clothes with a dehumidifier but it takes up all of our small room so was thinking about using the conservatory to dry them in instead.

Problem is that it will take forever to dry as the conservatory will never get warm enough so was wondering if its possible to put some kind of cover over the clothes horse and the dehumidifier to contain the heat and hopefully dry quicker?

No electrical equipment should be put in a position where something could cover it, even more so damp laundry so I would say it is not good plan.
