Just had my email from Octopus to sign up to this, kicking off from 1st November. There will be "at least twelve 1-4 hour sessions" to earn "up to £100" in OctoPoints. Reductions will be measured against previous typical usage, so they need to have received 80% of half-hourly readings in the last 20 days.

My solar and battery storage were supposed to be installed this week but have been delayed until next week - here's hoping they are up and running in time to take advantage of the first session, whenever that may be. I'll be disappointed if we don't get the full £100, but we're not that high users, so it remains to be seen what we'll actually end up with.

I also had the email offer to join earlier, which I accepted. probably wont save much as I do not use much electricity at peak times but it costs nothing so may as well.
