*Terms and conditions

1) This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, except employees of George Durrant and Sons LTD and Serena Hall including their families and business partners.

2) All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

3) To enter the prize draw all entrants must fulfil the criteria highlighted within the prize draw page.

4) We cannot accept group or organisation entries and only one entry per email address will qualify.

5) Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the prize draw. Durrants Holiday Cottages and Serena Hall will not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of a technical malfunction.

6) There will be one prize winner only and no cash alternative will be offered. All Prizes can only be redeemed by the prize winner and must not be sold on.

7) The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email by Durrants Holiday Cottages.

8) The winner will receive a short break stay at High View in Southwold which can only be redeemed through Durrants Holiday Cottages. This prize is non-transferrable to another holiday cottage within our portfolio. The winner will also receive pre-chosen artwork by Serena Hall and cannot be exchanged.

9) The winner will receive a short break stay of three nights at High View in Southwold with the following exceptions:

a) The length of stay is 3 nights

b) The short break stay must be taken between 1st November 2022 and 30th April 2023, excluding the following dates: 20th December 2022 to 2nd January 2023, 18th to 23rd February 2023, 1st to 21st April 2023 and is subject to availability.  

10) Once the booking is confirmed it cannot be transferred to alternative holiday dates due to any reason.

11) The Serena Hall Artwork will be presented in the holiday cottage upon your arrival.

12) All Prizes are subject to availability and if a Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of equivalent or greater monetary value.

13) Competition closes at midnight on Friday 21st October 2022. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.
