EDF - The worst customer service ever! Recommendations please

I’ve just received an email from EDF outlining my complaint in broken English. They’re basically asking me to close the complaint but if there’s something more I wish I add to ‘let them know’
so I sat and typed out a reply explaining how unhappy I am with their customer services. How several attempts to speak to them about my concerns have been ignored. How it took for me to type the word ‘ofgem’ for them to suddenly start paying attention which isn’t acceptable. I also told them I had had to come here for advice and found out here about the £66/£67 getting refunded and that no one at EDF had told me this information when i had tried to speak to them.I hit send … guess what …. It bounced right back.
They clearly don’t like to talk to their customers do they 🤨0 -

I've had a similar issue regarding my account being in credit and EDF refunding me. Then my bill tells me that they will refund me a completely different amount.EDF's customer service, is very hit and miss. I will redial each time I hear the accent of an offshore call centre agent. I don't care that I waste my time redialling, as my time and energy is better spent with somebody closer to home, who understands me and actually wants to listen to me to resolve my query.Today was a bit a of a trier. I have an open complaint, so phoned the number on the email they sent me when they informed me that I could also contact Ofgem. But each of the 5 times I called the number, I ended up connected to an offshore agent. I gave up, retried later and eventually spoke to somebody in the same country as me.1

Poppellerant … sorry to hear you’re having trouble with them too. I’ve decided over night to just give up fighting then and just vote with my feet when my fix is up and hope for better customer service elsewhere. Hope you get a resolution though. Good luck0
