You can find the best 1 year fixed rate accounts listed here.
They got as high as 4.25% with Close Brothers recently but that has since been withdrawn. The current best 1 year rate is 4.15% with Investec.
Note that rates have only been heading upwards this year and, although there are no guarantees, this looks set to continue.1 -
