I have. PCN that was delivered 5 days after the date on the charge notice allowing me less time to react to the fine in the normal 14 days ?

Which PPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, so you don't have less time because the postal strike is a known event and the LA would have to allow longer than 2 days for service.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
