Where to put £350k from house sale for 6 months

We’ve sold our house but we’re moving to a new build which won’t be ready for 6 months. Where should we put the funds until we complete (approx March ‘23)? One of us is a higher rate tax payer. We’re happy to spread it around to maximise rates.
