A welcome estimated reading :o)
So my fixed deal ends today so I thought I'd login and provide an updated meter reading before it changes to the SVT tomorrow and I find they've already estimated my reading for gas and electric and it's significantly higher than the reading I was going to give them, so did a quick calculation and by them estimating my readings there's about a £60 difference in cost, so I shall delay giving them an updated reading until later this month as I don't want them to refund me
Thank you being pro-active Mr Energy Company
PS: Please still give me my £66...

I don’t want to rain on your parade but the supplier will probably adjust the estimate once it receives an actual meter reading. They have algorithms to work these things out: unlike customer; smart and actual readings estimates are not fixed.3
