CST - AVRO

CST Law and credit style have been harrassing me for months over an account with Avro, that I already paid, and dispute. It is impossible to speak on phone, you hang on 15 minutes then have to leave a message for them to return call within 72 hours. They never do. The same with the contact form, never received a reply, and a letter I sent recorded delivery still no reply. After ignoring me for months, they are now going to take me to court. Any ideas for help would be gratefully accepted as I fear they will soon ruin my credit score.

Why are you responding to CST?
This isn't a parking charge case, is it? But the answer is the same, you don't respond to the likes of CST and you certainly don't phone them!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Who or what is Avro? Please bear in mind that this is a parking forum dedicated to helping people who have received unfair parking charge notices from unregulated private parking companies.
If this is not about a parking incident then you should take this over to a different forum, possibly one of the ones dealing with debt.
Having said that, it looks like you may have received correspondence from debt collectors who are powerless and can safely be ignored.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
