A huge thank you to all the above regarding my case with CP Plus.
As advised I followed all the advice, posted my defence to the courts and CP Plus.
Recieved a court date. (requested a local court as advised)
As the date neared I received a settlement offer by a CP Plus solicitor.
I did not respond to this and a couple of days later they stopped the action against me.
This case had been ongoing for almost two years but in the end won.......
Once again thank you for your time, patience and help to get these actions finished.1 -
