RAC Travel insurance and Claims Settlement Agency

Just a warning. if you are unlucky enough to make a claim on your RAC travel insurance, you get passed onto a company called Claims Settlement Agency. I have been told my settlement has been fast tracked for payment, I've been waiting since the 1st September and the original claim was made mid July.
Emails asking for updates are not answered and wait times on the phone are usually around 20 minutes.
Perhaps this is the norm now!
