Is anyone else having issues with Shell smart meters?

We had ours installed in early August and despite several calls and emails to Shell it is still not registering the Electricity consumption. I
've been told the "system" needs to be updated with the new meter - this was back in early August and it's still not been done. I was also told, last week, the smart meters were faulty and had contacted the meter suppliers back in early July (which implies, if accurate, they knew they were faulty when they were installed!) This was contradicted this morning when I tried to submit a meter reading and raise the issue again, so now even more confused. Is anyone else having the same issue?

As I have posted before, the DCC is responsible for communications hubs and the network. Meter and device manufacturers are responsible for their meters and devices. They develop and test firmware updates.
FWiW, it took Kaisa 7 months last year to resolve a meter firmware issue. All the supplier could do is press the manufacturer for action.0
