When I opened my first account with them a few years ago they verified my identity online, and haven't had any issues with them.0

No complaints from us, filled in forms online, account set up, transferred £12k which is the most on a first transfer from our account on HSBC, this took until Saturday to show up in the new account so then transferred the rest of the money which showed up within minutes.
This is for the 1 year fix - had to wait about a week for the letter with the code to link our main account for the withdrawal at the end but when that arrived it all went OK. that seemed a bit pointless as it is the same bank that the payments in came from but not really a problem.
Just wish my Ford money one could be transferred as its at 1.4% (seemed decent at the time)Totally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy0
