  • He has twice had a letter saying that he was due a payment and they will pay it in due course over 10 days ago still waiting….

  • Any ideas? Rang pip they said it’s not them who pay it and to wait he will get it, very off hand no help at all. If he dosnt get it then there’s no where to call or ask for help seems they can get away with not paying it disgraceful…

We’re you receiving PIP on 25 May 2022? If so use the link to claim missed payment? Page 1 of this thread.

I know they have started to pay those that didn't receive it. Some have waited 2 weeks after filling out the form. As you're entitled to it then you will receive it but you'll just need to wait. I know it's frustrating but there's nothing else you can do. It's pointless ringing PIP because they don't deal with the payments.
  • Many thanks I guess it’s just a waiting game will see if it arrives hopefully he will get by the end of the month.

He will receive it. There are many others that also haven't received it but there's some who have started to receive it the end of last week and this week.

You anticipated my next question.  Canny of them to provide no phone number - understandable when it was the beginning of sending out payments, but now after a month and people getting nowhere with the online form, people would be justified phoning.
