Just wondering I am missing something or am I right in thinking they charging me to much?
the unit rates are different on my IHD compared to what SSE emailed me for the new rates from October 1st. Has anyone else noticed this too?

Midlands region ?It looks like they have set the IHD up with pay on receipt of bill rates rather than direct debit. The IHD does not show what you are actually paying, although it should, and your bill should be at the rates e-mailed. Unfortunately the incompetence of the energy companies has no limits ! Contact them and ask for it to be changed - do it by e-mail / message as you don't want to be hanging on the phone for hours.0

Guess that makes sense why there is a difference between the IHD and what the email said, it's a bit naughty and confusing for them to do that though.
I'll send them an email to fix it and make sure I double check the next bill when I get it.
