Zopa Smart Saver and downloading statements

does anyone know where the pdf statements are stored when you download them from the Zopa Smart Saver app ?
the phone's download manager says they've been downloaded, but the files are not in the "Download" folder on the phone (Android)... this is where the other banking apps I have store their statements, but not Zopa apparently.
so far, the only workaround is to open each of them in the download manager and send them to my google drive account - from there, I can only/download to the desktop - but surely there has to be an easier way? Zopa support were no help, e.g copy and pasting an FAQ entry that had no relation to my question.

Snap.
I couldn't download either. I messaged zopa, no response. I took a screenshot instead.1 -
Have same problem on mobile phone but OK on my Galaxy tablet as they go to download page. Zopa customer services has gone downhill lately. Am moving funds elsewhere1

I've been uploading them to Google Drive and then downloading to my PC from there.
I just tried downloading them directly to my Android phone (Pixel 2) and the files aren't visible in the 'Files' app, nor in the 'Downloads' folder that is visible there, just as you described. I also tried downloading them to the phone from Google Drive which does work but they appear in the 'Files' app as a BIN file (rather than PDF) which the phone doesn't recognise and won't open. Very odd behaviour - not sure what's going on there.1
