Their customer services is a shower, over and hour on their chat functionality and 1.5 to 3 hours on their telephone services. As the price is capped is it worth changing to a provider with a better customer services. 3 accounts 2 on minimal usage yet at 25 pounds a month in surplus and want to increase dd third account risen from 120 a month to 190 and now asking for 273.

Is the amount they are asking for after the £66/7 rebate or will that be the normal DD and the rebate extra meaning the £273 is minus the £66/7 which would take the DD up to £339?
It's easy to work out using the previous 12 months figures to work out but using the October increased rates as the prices per kWh and SC.Someone please tell me what money is0 -
What is your usage over a 12 months period in KWh? Gas and electricity, or electricity day and night usage if you are on E7. What are the unit rates from 1st of October.
Are you currently in credit and by how much?
