Wondering if someone could give me any advice, currently selling our house. Solicitors are questioning our title register charges. We had a Northern Rock mortgage in 2006, which became NRAM then Whistletree took over our mortgage.
When checking it seems Landmarjk (formally NRAM) still have a charge registered on the property as well as whistletree (the only lender we have a mortgage with)
I attempted to speak to landmark but they sent me to whistletree who have just sent a letter stating all charges from that August 2006 relating to Whistletree will be removed.

I’m not to sure where to go from here if this is not enough for the solicitors?
Thanks

It sounds enough to me - maybe worry about it if and when the solicitors tell you it isn't.1

Thanks, I’m hoping so, it’s just this seems to be our last hurdle before a completion date. With all the uncertainty around at the moment praying nothing goes wrong now0
