Internal fit tumble drier vent

I have recently moved into a new house and am trying to sort out the tumble dryer vent outlet.
There is already a hole in the wall for the outlet hose, but there is no grille on the outside - it is literally just a round hole.
The problem is that the exterior is not accessible to fit a grille cover.
I am thought I was sorted when I found internal fitting kits online (such as Manrose Internal Quick Wall Kit).
However this kit requires a 117mm hole, which then fits a 100mm pipe with grille which can be fitted from inside.
My problem is that the hole already has a plastic pipe section fitted which is 100mm diameter. This pipe is pretty well fitted and isn't going to be easily removed.
So basically, is there an easy way to fit an external grille from the inside with a 100mm hole?
Didn't know if possible to just use some of parts of the kit, or if there any other way possible?
Thanks

Hi Scooby.
Removing the existing pipe should be fairly easy, but will it leave the hole large enough even if you do?
How is the outside finished at the moment - is the existing pipe sealed to the wall in any way?0 -
Do you have a vented drier or are going to buy it?If the latter consider a condensing drier instead.
Most likely, it's the same rebranded Manrose. If it still doesn't fit into the existing 110mm pipe, I think you can try fitting just the rubber grill to it.

Can't work out if the pipe is just a really tight fit in the hole, or if there is thin layer of cement holding pipe in place.
Can't see the exterior of the hole, but there is no grille/cover or anything. Basically just a big hole.0 -

I wondered about just using rubber part, but seems you need the original pipe in the kit for the springs to fit into.0 -

For that actual system to work, I think it would need to be at least the given size.Scooby, any chance of a photo? Can you pass your hand through the pipe and feel how it's sealed/finished on the outside? There are certainly ways of cobbling together a solution, but wondering if there's a proper way to do it first!0
