New Energy Price Guarantee 1st October

I don’t look to be on the new EPG / kwh for Electric ie 34p/ kwh from the 1st /Oct.

My cost shows 45p/kwh standard duel fuel online paying by DD with ScottishPower.

Is this correct does anybody know, surely it should be what the government have set at?

Are you on a 2 rate E7 tariff with both a day and a night rate perhaps?

... or is it a fixed tariff that they have not yet adjusted, rather than their standard variable rate tariff...?

Most suppliers haven't got round to updating their systems to reflect the correct rates yet.

Have you had any communication from them to say what your rates will be from this month onwards?

My account says Standard online, hopefully it’s a delayed update issue.
Unfortunately I can’t get through to anybody and haven’t had any reply back yet from emails either yet.
