Ridge tiles rebed and verge repair

Hi,
Was getting quotes to rebed all ridge tiles and repair verges where required. Ridge tiles approx 30m in all including gables and garage. Based in North Hampshire.
For a dry Ridge and verge repair and removal of some moss, been quoted 4.2k.
For cement bedding and verge repair, removal of all moss 3.9k
Do you think those quotes are fair?
