Hi looking for advice as to what to do with £5000, I have this spare at the moment and am looking for a way for it to make a bit extra any help much appreciated

You'll need to provide a bit more information. What percentage of your savings does it represent, and when might you want to access it for example? If it's all of your savings, the advice will differ enormously compared to a situation where you've got £50k in savings and you won't need to touch this £5k for 20 years.0

Employed? Mortgage? Pension? etc
