They are not scaring customers by giving incorrect info. You should have received an email with a PDF attachment giving the new prices for your area.0

@MWT You keep telling people with Octopus that they will get £67 back soon, they won't. Octopus are one of the companies who have lowered the DD amount they take by £67. They credit the full amount (lowered DD + govt £67) to your energy "pot"
Some other energy companies take the usual DD amount and then send back £67 to your bank a few days later but not Octopus.Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Solar PV 5.25kWp SW facing (14 x 375) installed Mar 22
Lux 3.6kw hybrid inverter and 9.6kw Pylontech batteries
Daikin 8kW ASHP installed Jan 25

That is strange, they sent out e-mails about Go etc. last Thursday, and Tracker on Friday.[Deleted User] said:
If only. The silence from Octopus has been demeaning.LindsayT said:You should have received an email with a PDF attachment giving the new prices for your area.
You should let them know you haven't had anything from them (although I gather it's irrelevant for Go tariffs, nothing's changing).0 -
I have. I pointed out that My Account shows a link on each of my tariffs to my emails but there is no email to read. The sole outcome of my email to Octopus has been the removal of the email links.Spoonie_Turtle said:

So why can they not use the correct figures on my account?LindsayT said:They are not scaring customers by giving incorrect info. You should have received an email with a PDF attachment giving the new prices for your area.
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
Because they had short notice about the EPG and systems are still being updated by most companies.MouldyOldDough said:
