Plevin claim

I read about the Plevin ruling in a newspaper article awhile ago. Now, I'm confused about if I could claim any or not. I have had successful ppi refunds and not 100% sure if the refunds included any commission compensation too. Should I try using a free service or I don't know if it is easier contacting the places I had successful ppi claims from? Can I even claim Plevin if I had ppi refunds? It all seems a bit conflicting information. Thanks for any help.

If you had a full refund of the PPI you don't have anything else due, Plevin complaints were when the complaint about the PPI failed but the commission could have been over the limit of the case.

No service is free, they all charge you from your refund and usually put you on a suckers list and start doing stuff like tax reclaims and keep your money

Thank you for your reply and clarifying for me about this. With PPI a company did run an initial free check and told me which companies owed me money and I decided to do it myself from there. It was all a bit confusing, because I wasn't sure if the commission had been included in the ppi payout.

Just as a pointer on this, you told them far more than they told you.
