Openreach cable causing damage to property

Can anyone advise please? A Openreach cable is causing damage to my property. Brickwork is being at the corner beneath the roofline causing bricks to move apart and potentially leading to the collapse of the side of the property and the roof.
Contacted Openreach and been given the runaround.  DWF who deal with claims for damage against Openreach made me provide 2 quotes to carry out remedial work which took a few months. Builders are mot interested in small jobs. I provided photographic evidence of the increasing damage. DWF then told me they had the right to take 90 days to provide a response on and refused to provide a copy of the either the claim or the complaints policy and told I was responsible for my property. I then requested the cable to ve relocated to enable a builder to carry out the work. I was told by Openreach I would need to pay for this and if I didn't want to pay a complaint despite the location of the cable causing damage to my property. I then find out the complaint has been closed without being addressed. A new complaint was lodged on Monday 26 Sep 2022. Another 7 days have passed without an engineer being sent out to inspect and relocate the cable.
Any help would appreciated in pointing me in the right direction on how to get the cable relocated and get the work done ASAP and request a reimbursement.
Thank you in advance.

When you say an "Openreach cable", what do you mean?  I can't see how an ordinary telephone cable would cause bricks to move apart?  Apologies if I've misunderstood.

Its an openreach cable from a pole in the street attached to the house. The position where it has been attached to the house at the corner of the building is pulling the bricks.

I'm not sure a loss adjuster would agree with you.  It looks to me as if there may be something else going on there, particularly with the loss of mortar in the joints.

The redundant corner bracket will also be adding some stability to that corner of the wall - it makes me feel it is a bit less likely the Openreach cable is causing that damage.

How long ago was the adjacent window last replaced?  Was/is there a lintel above the window?

I have asked openreach to move the cable to enable a builder to carry the building work. No response.
The mortar has been lost by the bricks being pulled away. It is a consequence of the bricks being pulled not the other way round. Yes the bracket is holding the bricks together which leads me to believe that openreach were aware there could be a potential issue with the placement of the cable and offset the risk by installing the bracket.
No idea on when the windows were installed.
Builders have checked the area and not identified there being an issue with the lintel on the window.

Could it not be caused by the fixings of that corner bracket corroding and expanding in the joints ?  I find it hard to believe that the weight of that cable could pull sound brickwork apart.  That bracket is not there to hold the brickwork together it is the original fixing for a cable.

I am not sure tbh when the bracket was installed. Both the cable and bracket have been there since I have lived in the house.
My main problem is getting Openreach to engage with me to move the cable so I can arrange for the remedial building work to be done.
Does anybody have an experience with this?

The joints in the brickwork are still in a straight line, so it is difficult to see any evidence of actual movement, rather than just loss of pointing.  Also there is no obvious sign of cracking in the harling on the other side of the corner, which might have been expected if the whole corner was moving. If your builder can't repoint these joints without the cable getting in the way, then you perhaps need a more competent builder!

The redundant bracket would have been installed many many years before Openreach was even an entity.

The drop wire to the house has a breaking strain designed into it, which has not been exceeded.
A technician coming out to work on that would hand the job back as wall is unstable.

Have you had a builder or roofer go into roof space to check things out?
