Far from alone, many suppliers are still in the process of fully updating all parts of their systems with the new prices.maxmycardagain said:They seem to be alone in not implementing or at least showing) the real capped tarriff rate

Is any supplier actually showing the complete and correct rates in every location yet?

It is a strange world we live in where EDF can manage to get the new rates out, and showing on customer's accounts, prior to companies such as Octopus and Eon Next who use the much hyped Krakken energy technology platform.Astria said:maxmycardagain said:They seem to be alone in not implementing or at least showing) the real capped tarriff rateFar from it, but considering we know what we are going to be billed, we can just ignore the rates quoted and use the rates supplied by EDF for reference.
Maybe EDF need to reconsider their decision to migrate to it.0 -
I’d prefer a couple of days delay in getting the tariff information updated online, than only getting a bill every 6 months.0

I am shocked that the seemingly straightforward task of populating a database to migrate across to all the systems has taken so long. I accept that for those on fixes it would be more complex but SVR should have been very simple to achieve.

But we need to remember that the actual tariff can't change, that needs to remain at ~52p/kWh, it just needs a discount applying which is currently 17p/kWh, but will be reviewed and could change by 31/12. Not something they expected to need to implement I would have guessed...The_Green_Hornet said:
