    It will make absolutely no difference to your house purchase if the pound falls against the dollar so you seem to be trying to find a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. There is a lot more risk in dollar moving the wrong way against the pound and you losing part of your deposit.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
