Emergency Scheme Rebates on OVO DDs

Appalled that as a bona fide (amd easily verifiable) existing DD customer with Ovo I still need to pull the increased DD amount under their soaring tariffs in full first and only then get a rebate of the scheme’s £66/7! Surely the entire point was to help customers cope with unaffordable cash outlays up front!

The point was to give you £400 of support over the winter months. You are still getting that.
