Tariff
Good morning can anybody help im with British gas direct debit for gas but prepayment for electricity with smart meter im on a standard tariff for both do I stay on a standard tariff or switch to the fixed rate its all a bit confusing any help is appreciate tia.

Have they offered you a fixed tariff? Unless you can tell us what rates they have offered, we have no idea if it is better or not.
