Nationwide application

Hello,. I have applied for Nationwide Credit card yesterday evening.

Unfortunately where it says mortgage share amount I have put zero. Never realised until end of application and I couldn't change it later. The application got accepted but I didn't sign)submit the application.

I couldn't click cancel on the page so I just closes by browser. I received an email asking to sign the application digitally.

I am thinking to call Nationwide to cancel the application.  It's an which I have realised later but don't want any problems from it.

What would you suggest? Thanks

Personally I wouldn't worry about it, and if you want the card, sign it digitally. They'll have seen the mortgage account on your credit file/s including the regular repayment amounts, and will more then likely have taken that into account when assessing your application.
