Supplier hasn't changed Electricity standing charge after EPG

I won't name my supplier as this could be a simple thing to clear up or an oversight and I don't want to create a post wrongly criticising them.
My supply changed my fixed tariff on the 1st but it's still over the Energy Price Guarantee. The kwh for gas and electricity and the standing charge for gas is below that of the EPG but the standing charge for electricity is still above it. The tariff description is the same, just with EPG on the end of it and the length of the fix is the same. The exit fees still show and that is another thing that I thought was going to waived.
Their website does say that if after the fix the prices are still above the EPG then they will contact customers to move them onto the SVR and they will be in touch to offer this.
I am just concerned that they have changed 3 out of 4 pricing factors to below the EPG but left the other one. Is this to move everyone onto the SVR automatically? I've tried to find out the SVR details online but keep getting a system error message.
Has anyone else noticed strange changes of half-hearted measures?

There was no mention of discount to standing charges of fixed tariffs in the EPG - only discounts on unit rates.
They’ve given you discounts on both unit rates it seems, exactly as they said they would.
No, it’s not a conspiracy to put you on the SVT.1 -
Standing Charges
Average standing charges for customers on default tariffs will remain capped in line with the levels set for the default tariff cap from 1 October for a typical dual fuel customer paying by direct debit.
- 46p per day for electricity
- 28p per day for gas
My supplier has kept the Electricity at 48.91

That’s for default tariffs - also known as the standard variable tariff.
It does not apply to fixed tariffs.0 -
And are you sure the standing charge for your region is below 48.91p anyway? Not all of them are.0
