Is this only available on a phone or tablet? Cant i use a laptop?
I have tried to download the app on my phone but it wont let me use it as i don't use a PIN on my phone?
Is all this correct as i want to open an account.

Yes everything you stated is correct. App only, need a pin set on device.
Not sure why you don't unless it's a device thats at home always even then questionable.0 -
i don't want to login to my own phone each time i use it, i have switched on the PIN on my phone for registration but will switch it off when not using the app.0
