Scottish Power have corrected yesterdays new rates. Massive Difference
Yesterday SP were showing new rates of SC 50.75p, Standard Rate 51.611p, Control Rate 46.928p for our Comfortplus Control Meters. Today changed to 50.75p, 33.763p, 29.080p. A massive difference something to be thankful for.
A complication I hadn't realised. SP have been notifying customers on fixed rates in some cases, that their rates were already below the capped rates and wouldn't need to be altered. This will need corrected now.

This will depend how the comparison was made, and to what. It may well have been correct and unaffected by what you have seen. (I had one of those texts myself but I'm unclear so far if it may have been a correct interpretation of the government scheme or not.)Be_Happy said:A complication I hadn't realised. Here's a copy of a link I posted a few weeks ago to Scottish Power Tariff list. It's updated daily which is how I knew the difference between yesterday's rates and today's.
