Does anyone have any experience of this company / site? I'm finding them infuriating. My mother bought me and my sister vouchers, and trying to book an 'experience' seems to be impossible. Their 'help' pages are nothing of the sort, helpful tips like "make sure you have typed the code in correctly", and took ages to find out how to contact an actual customer services person (live chat / web form options only) - waiting for them to get back to me now...
