Sorry if this has already been asked I’ve been receiving the cost of living payment of £650 split into two payments all in the world.
I received the first half but now I’ve started receiving the £400 paid at £66 a month as well and I’m not sure what’s going on.

Everyone (who has a residential electricity account) gets the £400. If you receive certain benefits then you also got £650 spread over two payments.1

It's a different payment. The £400 is for energy cost reduction. The remainder of the £650 will be paid at some as yet unannounced date in autumn.Living the dream in the Austrian Alps.1

Thank you very much for that I was worried it was a mistake and I’d have to pay it back as I’ve got into trouble with my council tax before over mistakes on their end not something I care to repeat.chris_n said:It's a different payment.
