SSE ripped us off (No surprise)

We are currently pay and go with SSE. On Thursday there was £10 electricity on the reading and £10 gas. I'm with SSE (SWALEC) and I have smart meters here (I pay on receipt of bill). All my usage both past and present from within the SSE app also vanished yesterday, it's slowly returning so I'm guessing they have had issues.
