    Let us know if you do a nail polish declutter @dolly84 and what you get rid of and why!  I was going through my nail polishes the other week thinking I should get rid of some.  I swatched all of them on some paper (not the same as on nails I know) and totally wimped out of doing it, like 'what if I should suddenly want or need a bright pink??'- what, the pink you force yourself to put on your toes about twice a year? :lol:

    Will do.

    Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer - the foam applicator bit had broken off the wand and the colour is way too orange for me.

    I did my nail polish declutter.  I am Freecycling 50 bottles, these are a range of brands such as Avon, L'oreal, No7, Bourjois, that sort of price range, the colours range from nude to dark purple and everything in between.  They are all used but still nice to use we are just not using them.

    I decluttered a further 30 bottles which I am going to try and sell. I have got rid of all my very dark purples except one I think, all the glitter polishes have gone but I have kept a couple of shimmers, a lot of very pale, chalky pinks and blues are going as are nearly all my OPI polishes as I just don't rate them.  Too many to list individually and even after all this we still have over 100 bottles, I have put a few on probation so they may go soon too.

    I really need to go through and declutter my nail polish too - was trying to pick something to wear to a wedding at the weekend and had so many similar colours but nothing that really went with the outfit...

    Have also had a flurry of UU's over the weekend:

    Frank Body Cacao Body Scrub - hated this stuff.  It was messy and stained my bath even with rinsing and cleaning straight away afterwards.  Didn't feel that it scrubbed properly either.

    Imperial Leather Bubble Bath - cheap and cheerful, lots of bubbles and did the job

    Lush Honey I Washed my Hair Shampoo Bar -
    this was more moisturising than I remembered and was probably a little too much for my hair.  Loved the scent though but have gone back to my old fave of Jason and the argan oil

    Lush Power Conditioner -
    This is a HG for me, and was the massive pot that lasted a very long time.  Have another one ready to go that I picked up last week.

    Wild Deodorant -
    go through one of these every couple of months, does the job and love the compostable packaging.

    Also used up a whole bunch of sample sachets when I stayed overnight at my friend's wedding.  We're going to Lisbon this weekend so will probably get through a whole bunch of other samples while we're there as we're going hand luggage only.
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017

    I painted my nails last week with OPI Every month is Octoberfest - I've had this a very, very long time but it is still lovely to apply and hardly used because I just don't like the colour.  I've given it away so it might actually get used.

    Wow, that's a blast from the past.  I had a few from that collection.  I had Germanicure by OPI rather than the Oktoberfest colour.  Wonder if I still hve any.

    Been a bit AWOL this week and quite a few random empties and other outs racked up!

    UU
    • Mad Beauty Salt & Pepper Body lotion- Ginger pear fragrance: Bought this a zillion years ago in TKMaxx, nice when I finally decided to start using it.  Quite light, absorbs nicely, smells nice.  Doubt I could buy it again now even if I wanted to- wouldn't have thought it's still sold anywhere!
    • Garnier Ambre Solaire Anti-Age Super UV Protection Cream with Hyaluronic Acid SPF50: A fave.  Got the one with glycerin to try next (as they didn't have this one)- assume it will be quite similar, but we'll see.
    • I'm From- Mugwort Essence: Liked this, felt soothing.  I would repurchase, but I have a serum with mugwort in, so I'll use that up first.
    • Gillette Satin Care Shave Gel: Nice to have actual shaving gel for a change, but will just go back to conditioner for a bit to save some cash
    • Pampers babywipes- Coconut Pure Protection: Like these ones, and they have that clippy opening so they don't dry out. WBA, they're handy to have around.

    Throw away
    • NYX Glitter Goals: A palette of 5 TEN pressed glitters. This was a gift a while back which I kept because it was a gift, but I'm Marie-Kondo-ing it- thanking it for serving its purpose (of being a gift and therefore an expression of love and kindness from a family member/friend), but it doesn't perform very well so I am letting it go.  The glitters just don't apply nicely, and I don't use it.
    • Sugarpill- Liquid Lip Colour in Clink: This is very dried out, and also it's too dark for me.  I tried it a few times before making the decision, and I did actually enjoy the grungy quality the colour gave more than I thought I would- looks v moody, but it's applies terribly now anyway, so in the bin it goes.

    Gave Away
    • Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint- Banana Split: This colour was an experiment, but it just didn't work out.  Don't like how it applies, or the colour on me.  Going to take it into work and see if anyone wants it.

    Might take a few other nail polishes too, see if anyone at work wants them.  I currently have a different nail colour on each finger, all ones I don't love, to see which I could part with.  It's tough decision making even when I don't like them! :lol:

    Another UU

    I purchased a pack of mini fragrances from M&S last week.  UU the Gardenia and Vanilla one.  This was lovely.  Would repurchase.
